Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of enhancly.io and the Enhancly application (the "Service"), operated by Enhancly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Enhancly enhances e-commerce product content: it rewrites product descriptions, improves product images, fills SEO metadata, generates ad creatives, and syncs advertising performance from connected ad platforms. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the Service evolves; features marked beta may change without notice.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite into your organization. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.

Credits and payment

Paid features consume credits purchased as one-time packs, processed by Stripe. Credits are consumed when work is performed and, except where required by law, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already purchased.

Your content

You retain all rights to the product data, images, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content — including with third-party AI models — solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

AI-generated output

Enhanced descriptions, images, SEO metadata, and ad creatives are generated by AI. We work hard on quality, but you should review output before publishing it — you are responsible for what you publish to your store or ad accounts. Generated output is yours to use.

Connected ad platforms

Connecting a Google Ads or Meta Ads account authorizes us to read its performance data and, only where you explicitly enable publishing, to create draft (paused) ads on your behalf. You must have the authority to connect the account, and your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and advertising policies. We are not responsible for decisions the platforms take about your accounts or ads.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, and no ads that violate the ad platforms' policies.
  • No attempts to disrupt the Service, probe its security, or access other customers' data.
  • No reselling or white-labeling the Service without our written agreement.
  • No automated scraping or bulk extraction outside the provided APIs and export features.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Support is provided by email at [email protected].

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and disputes belong to the courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
